- Dr. Delyan Evrev has over 15 years of experience. Since 2009, he has been a full-time assistant in surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of St. Kliment Ohridski". In 2013, he acquired a professional qualification in "Ultrasound Vascular Diagnostics". In 2016, he completed his second master's degree in "Healthcare Management" with a thesis defense in the field of liver transplant issues in the country. Dr. Evrev also has experience in international hospitals, such as MHH in Hanover, Germany, where he is actively trained in the field of lung transplants. He is a doctoral student in cardiac surgery with a thesis topic " Perioperative ultrasound evaluation of the thoracic artery internal and saphenous vein magna in their use for grafts in cardiac surgery ".
- Dr. Evrev participated in a number of national and international congresses on cardiac surgery, vascular surgery and transplantology in Bulgaria and abroad. He is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Thoracic, Cardiac and Vascular Surgery, the National Organization of Angiology and Phlebology , the Bulgarian Society of Cardiac Surgery (BDKH), the Bulgarian Society of Transplantology (BDT), the Bulgarian National Society of Vascular and Endovacuular Surgery and Angiology . His scientific interests are in the field of ultrasound diagnostics of arterial and venous diseases; application of modern minimally invasive methods for the treatment of varicose veins; diagnosis, prevention and treatment of heart and vascular diseases.
